# Khắc phục lỗi Start profiles không hiện

**Khi các bạn ấn vào Start profiles không hiện thì sau đây sẽ là các khắc phục:**

**Bước 1: Bạn vào Virus & threat protection:**

Trong mục: Virus & threat protection setting chọn Manage settings:

**Bước 2: Kéo xuống phần Exclusions**

Sau đó Add or remove exclusions

**Bước 3: Add “Foder” vào mục Exclusion:**

Chọn foder có chứa Hidemium4

Lưu ý là nên add cả hai Foder này nhé các bạn:

**C:\Users\Xoai\\.hidemium\_4**

**C:\Users\Xoai\AppData\Local\Programs\hidemium\_4**
